(AKP) គិតមកត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ មានរយៈពេល១៤ថ្ងៃហើយ ដែលកងទ័ពថៃ បានបើកការឈ្លានពានលើបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងអធិបតេយ្យនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ យោធាថៃបានយកជនស៊ីវិលនិងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិលជាមុខគោលដៅនៃការវាយកម្ទេច។

 

ផ្ទះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ សាលារៀន ផ្លូវថ្នល់ និងហេដ្ឋរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិលជាច្រើនត្រូវបានយោធាថៃបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញ។ យោធាថៃបានរំលោភបំពានយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងការរំលោភបំពានលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិផ្សេងៗ។

(AKP) As of December 20, 2025, it has been 14 days since the Thai armed forces launched their aggression against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Thai military has taken civilians and civilian infrastructure as direct targets of attack.

 

Civilian homes, schools, roads, and many other civilian facilities have been destroyed by the Thai military. These actions constitute serious violations of international law, international humanitarian law, human rights, and other relevant international legal frameworks.

 

Civilian homes, schools, hospitals, civilian structures, and private property are not lawful targets of attack in warfare. The Thai military has violated these principles and international laws.
